HomeownerOur last home project of 2024 was to redo our his and hers closets. Our home had wire rack closet shelves and was severely underutilizing the available space. Our consultation was with Joy, who took her time to make sure all of the details were perfect and included our “wants”. Then, the day after our consultation, we were already provided our installation date, which was within the next 2.5 weeks. Our installer, A.B, was timely with his arrival and called beforehand, was quick but thorough with each piece, and could not have been friendlier. He made us extremely comfortable with his work and made sure to go over the designs with us before starting. We are so impressed with this company and will definitely use them again in the future. HomeownerOne of the best experiences we’ve ever had, from start to finish, was working with the Closets by Design team. Julie helped us design an incredible craft room for my wife – her knowledge and patience are greatly appreciated! And our installer, AB, was equally incredible! Everyone who looks at the work he did is overwhelmed with the quality of his work, as well as the quality of the cabinets. He is such a gentleman, and is so trustworthy, that we left him in the house by himself to work at times. His level of professional, knowledge, and communication about every step of the installation is beyond reproach! I can’t thank Julie, AB, and all of the folks who scheduled our installation and then followed up to make sure everything was perfect! HomeownerI picked these guys over couple of different others installers, not due to price, but due the design process. Julie and her design really captured and maximized our space. We did three projects master closet, laundry and mud room. Her design was exactly what we wanted. After her process the rest of it was easy. One week turnaround, I think we got lucky with timing. Our installation was smooth and great. Sherri and Anthony were exceptional, super friendly professionals and we’re very tidy and clean. I would recommend anyone to use these folks in the future or at least give them a try. Thank you guys it was fun project.
